Returns and Refunds

Each DeadAssTees product is printed specifically for your order. Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the complete item and the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item unless we specifically request it.

Lost packages

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address and unclaimed packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or the package was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping charges.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a requested change or cancellation will be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the problem resulted from an error by DeadAssTees, our fulfillment provider, or the shipping carrier.

Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
